What we build for you.

We build AI systems, connect them to the tools you already use and teach your team to run them. Privacy is switched on from the start.

Four pillars

Each one has a free way in and a paid path when you are ready.
  • Private AI

Open-weight models run in your own EU cloud or on your hardware, behind one gateway you control.

Free: Learn the basics in Skill Forge

Paid: Readiness audit, pilot, then a production build.

  • Agents

Agents that handle routine work and check with a person before anything irreversible.

Free: Build your first agent in the free course

Paid: Custom agents, packaged agents and the Run retainer.

  • Web3 & OpSec

Safe architecture, wallet exposure scans, counterparty watch and incident forensics.

Free: Read the SOTA Operator Stack

Paid: Architecture advisory, intelligence and OSINT, and treasury key setup training.

  • Privacy

Find out what the internet knows about you, and get it removed.

Free: Run the free privacy check

Paid: A one-shot scrub for USD 19, or ongoing watch for USD 100 a month or USD 500 for six months.

How we deliver

Every engagement follows the same five steps.
  1. 1

    Audit

Map your data, pick one use case and a metric.
  2. 2

    Pilot

Live in weeks, measured against real tasks.
  3. 3

    Build

Production system in your own tenant.
  4. 4

    Handover

Training, exit pack, every key rotated.
  5. 5

    Run

Monitoring, model updates, a new use case each quarter.

Three ways to start

  • Learn for free

Skill Forge courses, the IntelHub feed and the free privacy check.

    Start learning
  • Start with an audit

A fixed-scope readiness audit: data map, AI policy, use-case shortlist and a tier plan.

    Book an audit
  • Scale with Build & Run

Fixed-price builds, then a monthly retainer to operate, update and extend.

    Talk to an engineer

Run retainer

Direct access to a Delta V AI engineer for ongoing optimisation, security and new capabilities. Monitoring, model updates and a new use case each quarter.

What you get

  • Reserved monthly engineering hours with same-week turnaround
  • Continuous model and tooling watch as the frontier moves
  • Security reviews of agent permissions, prompts and data flows, scored against our own ops review checklist
  • Quarterly architecture review with a written roadmap

How it works

  1. 1

    Onboarding

A deep dive into your existing systems and priorities.
  2. 2

    Cadence

Monthly hours, async requests and a shared backlog.
  3. 3

    Compound

Each month builds on documented system knowledge.

Who it is for

Teams running AI systems in production without a dedicated AI engineer.

Questions

Where does our data live?
On infrastructure you control. Open-weight models run in your own EU cloud or on your hardware, behind one gateway you own, and we favour deployments where your data and keys never leave your infrastructure.
Do you use open or closed models?
Open weights first. We use a closed model only when no open model is good enough, and we write down why. Frontier models are an opt-in tier.
Who has access once the system is built?
Everything runs in your cloud accounts and repos, under your keys. Our access is limited and you can revoke it at any time.
What happens at handover?
Your team gets training, documentation and an exit pack, and every key is rotated. When we fine-tune a model on your data, the weights are delivered to you.
Can we start small?
Yes. The audit picks one use case and a metric, and the pilot is measured against real tasks before anything goes to production. You can also start for free with Skill Forge, the IntelHub feed or the privacy check.
